The Mistral Spiral Leash has 7 mm diameter and 8 'length which corresponds to 2m, 43cm length.

The specialty of the elastic Mistral Spiral SUP leash is the possibility to attach it both under the knee and on the ankle. When fastening under the knee, the advantage is that the leash runs downwards from the knee downwards to the board attachment. This means that “stumbling over the leash” or accidentally climbing onto it is impossible.

The flexible spiral function prevents parts of the leash from floating in the water, so the board is not braked by the leash.

In addition, the knee assembly still enables quick release in critical situations, since it is always easier to get under the knee to release the lock than to the ankle.

Suitable for all standup paddle boards

We recommend all SUP captains to use a leash line. In strong winds and involuntary flooding, the board could drift away from the paddler very quickly without a leash. A "swim behind" can then become a sporting challenge.
